Ollie, the host of the ‘Founded and Grounded’ podcast, shares his journey from being an entrepreneur to a podcaster. Initially, he had a passion for entrepreneurship, influenced by his upbringing in a family business that sold organic fair-trade clothing. His early experiences in business, including dealing CDs and washing cars, laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial mindset. After years of working in various roles supporting startups, Ollie realized he wanted to create a platform that would allow early-stage founders to share their stories and challenges, leading to the inception of his podcast.
